Well for one thing it's her "pretend she still lives in her district" shell house. The real mansion is in Napa and is properly protected with walls, gates and guards. Pelosi isn't senile enough to actually live in the poop smeared third world city SF has become.

Exactly. This vandalism is quite elaborate. It took time, it made noise, and there were probably at least two people moving around this area in all black clothing.
The pig's head is just... way over the top. A typical vandal will spray paint something, maybe throw a brick at a window or something, and then scram. This vandalism is so.... neat? It reeks of a hoax.
Also consider, if this was some civilian pissed off at Pelosi, don't you think they'd be terrified of being shot while trespassing? These vandals were absolutely fearless... as if they knew they'd be safe while they did this.
