Its funny that I haven't heard anyone mention a perticular service SolarWinds offers: Passportal It's a robust password manager that can sync with Active Directory. I can get list an entire business' up-to-date passwords just by logging with an email and two step then I have every client's passwords. SolarWinds has products and services for almost every aspect of a managed service provider.
