Can someone summarize what is going on? Pence is under fire, I understand for not backing the President? Rumors are saying he resigned? GOP wants to sue him? How does this affect what happens on the 6th? Is it a foregone conclusion that Biden is going to be President and all this fraud shit will just be ignored?
Does anyone else feel that these people should be brought before court? A legitimate court that will actually do something? Any summary would be helpful, thank you.
Pence isn't looking too good, he was a long time swampster that may have been caught planning an attack on the president, we will have to wait to find out. The DS forced President Trump to take Pence in order to get GOP funds to continue his campaign fight with HRC for president. POTUS would have never picked Pence in a million years if given a choice, but it was a deal he had to make as he couldn't fund his campaign alone.

Pence WAS vacationing at Vail, CO when suddenly on New Year's Eve he and Trump abruptly changed plans, cancelled their New Year's Eve celebrations and flew back to D.C. Trump's plane landed about the same time as Huber's which came from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Now this report of the change in signal of AF2, as the plane went West? Maybe dropping Pence off back at Vail again, after his resignation? (Maybe his family stayed in Vail, and just Pence flew to D.C.)

I recall reading someplace that there is an Amendment to the Constitution, that the President gets to appoint whomever he wishes to fill a sudden vacancy of the VP slot, subject to capitol hill's approval. Rumors have it that Pompeo might take that slot.
