Nahh, not even close, but he could get a bit closer by responding to Jenna’s questions about truth and constitutionality.
He's the one risking livelihood and career; he's also the one getting the death threats. Like it or not, that takes courage, courage that appears to be in incredibly short supply these days. Truth, is often a matter of interpretation, likewise the constitution--that's theoretically what courts rule on.
