I distinguish between them by referring to them as either Jew or Joo. The latter are the cabalists. The cabalists seek to dominate the world and create a slave race. They embrace the Talmud. The word 'cabal' derives from the word 'Cabala' (also spelled in other ways), which is Jooish sorcery and was developed by the Joos while in Babylon.
