Won't this matter on elective surgeries only? Do ya think the health insurance companies will begin to monitor and compare hospital pricing and sent out quarterly notices to members on which hospitals your allowed to use?
That seems like a great change. Now stop making us foot the bill for all the R&D and sell this stuff to countries at a fraction of what we pay. America fucking first.
How about wide open the R&D we pay for with zero exclusivity.
