I tracked it and it only stayed on the ground for about three hours before returning to DC.
The tanker a DC10 flew on by once the VP's plane set down in CO. The thing was on the return trip I didn't see any escort as in a refueling tanker.

There seems to be no difference between the two sources. Both pic 1 and 2 should look as clean as pic 2, the large amounts of white in the flag are a big indicator of tampering using the site I ran them through.
