There is precedence to swear in Congress members even when their elections have been challenged. It is unlikely that the new Congress will not be seated as of Jan 3rd. Definitely interesting to think of what will happen though if whole state down ballots are tossed.
"It is a congressional precedent that, if a candidate has won the election according to the state's certified election results, that candidate will be sworn in, “even if a challenge to the election had been filed” with the congressional chamber.[4] "
