Group action is needed, the group is your shield, do not leave it, the more people get out there, the more places where mobs form, the thinner the government needs to spread themselves out to deal with us. Often the local police aren't enough and they need to bring in reinforcements from the outside, if mobs are in those other places, they can no longer count on those reinforcements, its like a localized tumor vs a metastasized tumor, no matter the size of the mob, if there's only one, it can be boxed in and contained, but if there are many mobs in different areas, such a boxing in is going to be more and more difficult to do. We need to make things difficult for them.
