It's still voluntary for now. Even so, under their banner of "Protecting Consumer Health", they've already targeted elements of the natural supplement industry.
Patriot, basically safe foods, problem is from my understanding it is not binding. like you pointed out voluntarily. But then look at the additives and preservatives they ignore that are in foods and have a history of health issues. why have they not cleaned that up ? I think the food chain needs to be cleaned up, get rid of the additives and preservatives and GMO.
