Yes Ive seen that guy/actor. That's completely obvious the whole getup, the character in this post link is a regular looking person, I do not think it's JFK Jr. Does not look like him to me.

Wasn't saying it was him. I don't see JFK Jr. in that dude, but there are a few doppelgangers floating around.
