It seemed from watching the GA hearings live a few days ago, two ballots were put on screen for (If I recall correctly) Fulton County, you could see the barcode on the one of them but not the other? Other anomalies were the one without the barcode was also printed in such a way that it would not line up correctly for the scanner to see, the special marks they use were way off. Was this done to enable more ballots for a certain candidate to be adjudicated by hand, then adjusted to whoever that person wanted too?

Exactly, hand adjudication without oversight allowed the operator to give the vote to whoever they wanted (not Trump). Let the machine sort the ballots through misprint and let operators give the Trump votes to Biden as necessary for him to win by intimidating and restricting oversight of the adjudication process.
