Although, I believe that Hunter has already been arrested and has gone state's witness. That's why he dropped off his laptops with a pc repair shop and never came back to pick them up. He left them there deliberately, so they wouldn't be found until Hunter cut a DEAL for going States Witness. I think Hunter has been providing juicy incriminating details.
This is why Trump has been saying for MONTHS, "Where's Hunter?"
