People were wondering if all the foreign money would still be sent to foreign gov'ts. My guess is, that within 45 days, Trump will have declared Martial Law and closed down Congress and begins running the gov't himself. So this "pork" will never see the light of day.

I think trump will start the war with Iran, but it will be biden and kameleon who push the button to drop the bombs. trump is jsut the showman to keep people divided, once biden gets sworn in, they will have logistically have had the military in place (already bringing them home early) and real fucking martial law comes a knocking.
