I've mentioned it more than once. No one would expect a SCOTUS judge to be the first.

I can think of a few others though, so I'm torn about it.

I agree.

Maybe we need John Roberts arrested first (if there is evidence of his crimes or collusions) so we can get a new Chief to schedule the voter fraud cases immediately.

Wouldn't it be just like POTUS to select Clarence Thomas too? POTUS loves to be one of the "Firsts". First President w/ a Black SC Justice. js

Or ACB. Trump could set the tone of SCOTUS for the next thirty+ years.

He would be good or a RINO would make my day.

Maybe it's delayed to give the DS players hope that they are going to soon own the WH, and then can usher in the NWO.

Nothing would be better than seeing their NWO dreams crushed with all of America watching.

Looking like a giant swamp rat trap.

Is there a disqualification provision, conviction and sentence for over one year, type of thing?

They can be impeached but that means getting through both house and senate.

I don't think treason requires any special qualifications for arrest and prosecution - except for Patriots qualified to execute justice.

Sorry, I meant if a supreme court justice is convicted of an offence, does he lose his office?

Would a parking ticket be sufficient? Or is it as here in UK, where a member of parliament who is convicted of an offence and is sentenced to a year or more loses his seat in parliament.

Or can he murder someone on broad daylight on 5th avenue, be convicted and sentenced to life in prison, but still retain his seat on the supreme court?
