Who had John Roberts to be the first arrest in the office pool?
I've mentioned it more than once. No one would expect a SCOTUS judge to be the first.
I can think of a few others though, so I'm torn about it.

Maybe we need John Roberts arrested first (if there is evidence of his crimes or collusions) so we can get a new Chief to schedule the voter fraud cases immediately.

They can be impeached but that means getting through both house and senate.
I don't think treason requires any special qualifications for arrest and prosecution - except for Patriots qualified to execute justice.
