It appears so, Patriot. Again they show how fast the send money to other Countries and we the people are supposed to sit in back of the bus.

These politicians that have been office forever, know how to game the system. They know the tricks of granting "foreign aid" so some of it comes back to them (kickback). They don't want to lose that little "perk" they have arranged for themselves.
