The few times I've been confronted, I've said this and it does work. It has never gone past me saying that I have a medical condition preventing me from wearing a mask. If they asked about my condition, depending on my mood, I'd tell them I have a fatal case of Freedom.

i dont acknowledge them at all. they can follow me around all they like. its not hard to step around multiple people who know damn well the second they physically touch you you can flatten them and walk away.
