In the drops you provided you have taken out of context. ( it is easy to do in error)
Q was telling us NO OTHER PLACES for his Q DROPS . so no one can come and say i found this Q drop on such and such web page. It helps to keep us from deceived . This helps us in the long run.

Besides Q told us "info being dropped " ( declass) will come from various places
