The problem is not the mile high pile of EVIDENCE, the problem is good luck finding a Court, any Court that will uphold the rule of law. THAT's the problem. SCOTUS included. And you KNOW anything that gets won in a lower court will make its way to SCOTUS, to be over turned, because they have proven they have no intention of honoring the Constitution either.
