Agreed. But so is Sixth Street in Austin Texas. We visited two years ago and I had been there quite a bit about 30 years ago; felt like downtown Mogadishu at night. Even my Lib daughter was highly nervous with the gold teeth, rap music and smell of ganja. We ended up in an Irish Pub that is somehow miraculously still there. All this to say White folks aren’t winning the population replacement game .
