So I don't know about Hal Turner's source but this was also on Rush Limbaugh and other talk radion shows last week. It was a law clerk who was present at the time and said Robert's was swearing and shouting, "there will be looting and cities burned if we allow this to go forward!"

Hal Turner is famously unreliable. A shame, because a lot of what he says would be very nice narrative if true. But it isn't hard to go find his past stuff and see how far off time proved it to be. Always the unnamed super-well-placed sources with the hot stories that never prove to have legs. (Maybe someone can name one of his news scoops that did, but I can't think of one.)

He's like Whatdoesitmean.com, except it's his various alleged contacts instead of a report circulating in the Kremlin today.
