It is a peculiar deal with Lin asserting this, as well as his claims on the Georgia governor. I think it's a safe bet no attorney planning on having a Supreme Court case heard has accused any of the justices of being criminals right beforehand, nor has any successful attorney publicly accused the governor of a state where he is licensed, let alone his home state, of being a criminal. Which tends to suggest he is either insane or does have the goods as the most likely two possibilities. (Another would be he wants to retire anyway and wants to do it spectacularly but that seems an outside bet.)
