U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom of the Southern District of Florida said John Paul Mac Isaac “fail[ed] to allege complete diversity” in his filing.
But he can resubmit his suit if he can allege complete diversity.
Really starting to get the feeling that nothing will happen to Hunter or Joe for that matter until Trump is sworn in for a second term. (And on Trump's 2nd term; I am doing my best to keep the faith, even with all the snide comments and rolling eyes when I proclaim to others that Trump will be victorious and vindicated... But I have to admit it's getting more and more difficult with each passing day.)
I agree the shitstorm will be during Trump2.0. I've been feeing that way for a couple of months. Legally and Constitutionally winning the election is priority 1. Arrests after.
Way past blue balls. It has to be coming to a head before Jan 20, I can't imagine going beyond without a conclusion. "Enjoy the show" is taking us to the very edge of the abyss and making everybody look, apparently, before any Trump cards get played. Q's going to show everyone the full Monty and we got the front row seats.
Yeah man... I got some serious "soon" fatigue going on... lol.
Look just know all of this is for normal people with their heads in the sand. POTUS is already president do you think he will concede, no, so don't worry. He has the office, it's impossible to remove him now.
