It is a signal of a black hat operation - a signature. They think it gives them power to hide things in plain sight. We don't have to believe it, but they do. Symbolism will be their downfall.
Not necessarily. If it's a psyop (WH or BH), it will have elements to it that are meant to lead you to think certain things, and then confuse you with counter elements. You see symbolism because you believe that's what you see, but there might be other reasons for those things that don't mean it's a BH operation.
Symbolism is used for identifying/messaging to others in a group. It serves no purpose to outsiders. If you can explain who and why they would need to identify/message to others in their group, you might have something. Otherwise I think you're just drawing conclusions to satisfy your belief that it's a BH operation.
What you state could possibly be correct. Whenever something like this happens I always look for those symbolic indicators they have used in the past. Owls are one of those symbols. It is like they are leaving a signature. I will have to go back and find the previous operations where HOOTERS was at the scene. I have seen it before but did not at the time make a record of it. Maybe now I will.
My point is that it does not matter if we put any credence to the symbolism - they do. Like pedo symbolism, it is how they send signals to each other. They are not meant for the average person to see - and that is the power they believe it gives them. Having the symbolism in plain sight but unrecognized, they believe we give tacid approval. This is why exposure is deadly to them and their greatest fear. Especially, since we still have guns.
