The fact that the explosion was on the opposite side of the street to the ATT&T building suggests that it wasn't targeting AT&T.

The warning prior to the explosion suggests that this was either a white hat operation, or whoever pulled it off needed to scare away any witnesses while they planted the real device.

There's no reason at all to think that this had anything to do with CCP hackers destroying a CIA network.

Why add unnecessary confusion??

Not forgetting the reports of gunfire, one lady said she heard gunfire around 5:30 AM and got up to have a look? On one of the film sources (the bodycam from the police) if you slow it down and go frame by frame it appears there was an explosion on the opposite side from the RV although not conclusive you can see the parked RV and what seems to be the source of the explosion separate.

I retract my claim that the explosion was on the opposite side of the street. I've since seen videos that disqualify that conclusion. I believe that when the RV exploded it threw burning debris to that side.
