He missed the fact that the explosion was on the opposite side of the street from the AT&T building.
So what were they really targeting? The Old Spaghetti Factory?
I clearly recall him pointing that out. He didn't miss it at all.
Actually, what appears to be an explosion on the other side of the street can now be disqualified since we have new footage that shows that nothing was on that side of the street seconds before the blast went off.
So the fire we see there was probably blown over there during the blast.
