No, it's a legitimate site...one of the best news sites around. They ask for your email to ensure the integrity of their audience, but they don't spam or sell the addresses. I never give a real address to any site. Just use mailinator.com or any of a zillion temporary email address sources.

My voter registration says 'unaffiliated'. Makes no sense to me to generalize. In most cases the vote is against a demoncrat rather than for a republican't.

Our town is so conservative that the demons haven't put up a candidate for township committee in decades.
