I mailed a 29 page "Cease and Desist" letter providing the State and Federal laws the store is violating when I was refused service for not wearing a mask. In addition, I provided all the OSHA violations they were disregarding, as well. Businesses CANNOT make policy that is contrary to the law. This includes the EOs, which provide an exemption for medical and psychological conditions.

My experience has been the Cease and Desist letter scares the shit out of them and they immediately hired an attorney to respond. I have received attorney response letters that are several pages long. I estimate that their research for responding to my very detailed letter is at least 4 or more hours (I am being very conservative in my estimate). Metropolitan lawyers charge between $200 to $400 per hour.

The response letters has cost the business minimally $1000 dollars. Yes, This (Me) NO MASK and free individual is indeed a valuable customer and businesses need to recognize that I, and everyone else, should make them pay for my business.

Stand up to your RIGHTS. End the LIES about the SCAMdemic.
