On the scale of possibilities this is likely low... Ezra is 34. JFK Jr born 1960, Ezra born 1986.
So yes it's possible that JFK Jr had sperm frozen and resulted in an embryo but you'd be taking sperm of a 26 year old to make a child before the adult is ready for it, and presumably outside of a marital relationship (which John John clearly believes in).
