The 'good news' is that he signed the pork-laden bill (justthenews.com). I suspect he did it to keep the threat of a government shutdown from interfering with election fraud bombshells to be released this week.

No. If you're referring to the purported limitation on his use of the Insurrection Act, that was bullshit. The limitation was in an House amendment to the NDAA not the CRA. The Senate stripped out that amendment before passing the NDAA and sending it on to POTUS.

I suspect he signed it to keep the looming shutdown and the resulting demonic noise from distracting from imminent election fraud revelations.
