No. Members of Congress and Senate can be arrested at ANY time IF the crime is Federal. They just can't be arrested for a parking ticket or some other minor offense, WHILE Congress/Senate is in session.
Treason is a Federal Offense. So they can be arrested, even if they are up on their feet addressing Congress on the floor.
That is my hope and prayer, that ESPECIALLY if things go side-ways on Jan 6th (with so many RINO traitors, I am expecting it to go sideways), THEN Trump would have NO CHOICE, but would be REQUIRED due to his Oath of Office to immediately Declare Martial Law, Invoke the Insurrection Act, and RECESS all of Capitol Hill!

Trump has to uphold the Constitution, and invoke all the Emergency powers given to him by our Founding Fathers, when it is proven that Capitol Hill is too corrupt to function any longer. SCOTUS is already gone. Now comes Capitol Hill's "TEST".
