Patriot, the impression I have from my research in the past, but if it is so good for everyone, it does not need to be kept secret.
No, you are right. Secret societies like the Freemasons make light of the secrecy, pretending that it's all just there to make the society more interesting to its members and give it a sense of mystique. But it's completely unnecessary if they aren't using it to hide things, which they are.
Exactly Patriot, and I have found this same thing with the Knights Templars , and just like Free masons, the higher you go the more you really know, but only the top guy knows the whole deal. Even the second highest does not have it all. And the question we also never see asked is, why did they hide the Holy Grail and Ark of Covenant from the Church ? There is more going on then they want us to know about. I realize since they have no power they feel they can gain power by these items, but the power came from God to what we can call symbols. And God is sure not going to send his power to help them ? and if they had power, they would not be going crazy trying to find the both.
I've researched a lot of things over the years, including the power of the mind, which is barely understood by most people. We have an innate ability to tap into higher powers through certain mental processes, and research into hypnosis and other related fields has revealed this in many ways. There are certain qualities that are necessary to be able to do this, and rapport with the source is one of them. Rapport with God, in this case. Rapport can be thought of as energy frequencies that are compatible. Things like psychometry (picking up information from objects and environments) is a phenomenon that people can develop, and it requires rapport. Objects pick up energies from those who possess them over a long period of time. Others who are sensitive to these energies can later pick up on them and acquire information. Think about that in terms of an object (or environment) that possesses the energies of someone who radiated a strong connection with God. That object would not have the same power it gives people who have a strong rapport with God to someone who does not.
