Proof is irrelevant if you can't actually do anything with it. Even the right wants this buried as quickly as possible because they know if they actually let the election results be reversed even for a good reason that it would essentially cause a civil war. That is why the left was so blatant about it, they knew very well that even if they were caught there wasn't much anyone could do about it without risking joggers running rampant from sea to shining sea. The percent of libtards who will actually violently rebel is substantially higher than the percent of conservative normies that would.
I get the frustration about doing something, and I'm not sure this is really going to come down to the courts anyways. More likely Constitutional Process will decide i.e Pence. However, I disagree that the left would be more violent. I really believe Trump's supporters far outnumber Biden's, and that most of Biden's supporters suspect fraud-even if they won't admit it. The Antifa/BLM crowd are paid by Soros--with a smattering of actual Marxists who operate with "convictions." Our believe and willingness to fight fo the Constitution far outweighs these anarchists/Marxists/Neo-Bolsheviks. We have hung back up until now, but if they take this election, i expect patriots will take up arms.
They will not, because unlike BLM/Antifa conservatives have a lot to lose on an individual basis. If someone is very successful in life and will likely continue to be successful, there is very little reason for them to risk all of it purely on principle. Couple that with the media having already laid the groundwork for only conservatives to get the title of terrorist (while Antifa/BLM get the title of patriot) it just isn't going to happen. At most there will be a few hundred "far right wing extremists" arrested on the 6th and there will be four plus years of grumbling like they did for the eight years of Obama.
It will depend on what there is to lose as you point out...but if individual property, freedom of speech, worship, movement are constricted in the ways suggested by a Biden presidency, then not acting could mean losing everything. I do agree that conservatives tend to die by "a thousand cuts" by not acting quickly enough. But I think we are in a very different place in history. The left's agenda is not banal, and will not illicit the typical conservative apathy.
