I think SCOTUS punted on this one...Good to see the at least two of the Justices had backbone to stand up for Constitution. Somehow I don't think this whole thing is going to be resolved through Scotus. More likely that Pence will be the default. Real question what he will do when given the choice to support or not support Trump.
