So what did att have that was flamibility level 4 as noted on the placard on the building? If it leaked it could have caused the explosion as seen coming out the sidewalk opposite the Rv. Some labs, infrastructure like dams and power plants have automatic verbal alerts tied to gas sensors... I wasn’t there, but until proof is found, let’s put it all on the table.
