Proof, as in, arrest records/ video of him in cuffs. Don't you find it odd that a young white female claims to have seen him arrested and there's no video? Have you seen a young white female without a phone in her hand lately?

Definitely respect your drive on this. I don't think that's him. I doubt that if a congressman was arrested he would be taken to county. I would expect him to be wrapped up by the feds, not the locals.
