Yes, and without the knowledge of what to eat, we become feeble and weak.

Secrets to good health:

raw meat - you need the bacteria strains, they do not make you sick raw eggs raw butter/milk/cheese - all unpasteurized (the elites made these illegal in many states because they HEAL US) raw organ meats

vegetable juice - celery+cucumber+ginger+lemon (minimum) fruits raw honey 1 cooked starch meal per day (potatoes/yams/rice)

Eat just those things which are all raw (except for starches), giving the body the electron donors it needs and not free radicals by cooked foods which destroy our body over time. That will build your 'house of food' (body) with whole live vitamins, enzymes, protein, fat (most important), and will literally reverse all disease in the body. Every single fucking one. Raw meat being the most important ingredient.
