Most twitter accounts are handled by staffers, tweets are planned and approved days even weeks in advance. Even Trump has staffers that have access to his account.
Right I feel that, and even so the white hats can definitely control people's twitters. I would say that is possibility, and I want this to be true, but I personally cant trust these random twitter sources/accounts.
