Not sure what would happen in such a case and I don't believe that the Constitution provides any solutions there except that we are definitely in a Constitutional Crisis right now and POTUS does have an option. He can invoke the Insurrection Act and finally drain the swamp which includes arresting a ChiCom operative, the great swamp turtle McConell who only helped Trump for the optics.
