Exceptions will be made for approved pilots/missions. Plus I suspect the no fly zone, doesn't cover all of Nashville, just the area immediately over the NSA Hub site......so no one can fly over and take photos, etc.
So the DOJ has gotten off their duffs finally to do something. Hopefully they won't be there to destroy evidence.
