So this isn't my 'theory' this is what all the best information is saying out there. I do know the 5g was not turned on in the US yet (and allegedly its been made safe by the white hats), however long range weapons that use those towers as a proxy might have been involved. This is why Huawei was stopped from deployment. They could remotely fry anything or anyone.

They also used telecom money to push it out faster, then as we know it has not been turned on to capacity yet.

If it was 5G in NYC that caused the spike in 'CV' illness, why did it abate? If anything the 5G network has been expanded since. The linkage makes no sense especially when you consider the real frequency ranges of the NYC implementations.
Also, it would be very easy to prove a linkage. Simply cross-reference a list of NYC COVID deaths with their distance from the nearest 5G transmitter. One could even go to their locations and measure the EMF. Have any carriers been sued in NYC for 5G illnesses? There is no legal immunity.

This may be true in the future, when 5G will use the higher frequencies. At the moment 5G is not more than an update of the 4G protocols, mixed with WLAN technology and using some WLAN frequencies in addition to the frequencies used for 4G. There are still no chipsets for the higher frequencies. The higher frequencies have lower lag and higher bandwidth, but they can be only be used for short distances, for example for wireless VR headsets.

That 190-page report corroborates that 5g was implicated somehow. and radiation sickness can cause that cytokine storm in the lungs that is apparent with the first 'covid' illnesses we saw, in those areas.

The cytokine storm has its root in the T-cell immunity. The adaptive immune system can chose between B cell and T cell immunity. With B cell immunity, the virus gets attacked by antibodies. With T cell immunity, the virus gets attacked by cytotoxic CD8+ T cells. In C19, if there is enough vitamin D present, the immune system chooses the antibody defense. If there is not enough vitamin D present, the immune system chooses the cytotoxic defense. This is why vitamin D is so extraordinary important. There are many studies that show that the survival rate of C19 is direct determined by the vitamin D level.
