In the town I used to live in, it was split in half by a railroad with a frequent schedule. There was more than once when a D&D with a gun was called in on the north end, while a bank on the south end was being robbed - at the same time one of those 200-car freight trains pulled through at 10MPH.
Agreed. Obvious diversionary tactic and that phony "announcement" like the lady warning concert attendees in Las Vegas before the slaughter. Also signals a big F**k You to the public. Mess with our installing our puppet, we cut you down and laugh at your pain.
Thank you for sharing this Patriot, I agree they wanted this to be seen, now what we are trying to figure out is, what was their real intent ? that is what we are still working on.

Been thinking about that. I believe there's probably something missing from the puzzle. Destroying telephone infrastructure is kind of a waste of time these days, technology allows for insta-cell deployments so any damage is back online in short order.
I did see it pointed out that one of Solarwinds' connected agencies was located there as well. A warning to them, perhaps?
Patriot, I suspect coms are the real targets, may be trying to shut coms down so POTUS can not se the Emergency Broadcasts. and then it may be taking control of the coms so they will remain open to broadcast. right now we are not able to determine, but leaning to taking control of the coms .
