Wouldn't that be something. The Texas ruling was legally sound however. It makes me wonder why they filed it to begin with and gave it such hype. My colleagues have said they had no choice but to kick it which is technically true but they could've taken it simply for appearances sake and then kicked it with no opinion. We do live in interesting times. If that doorknob Biden is installed the SC will be irrelevant if they're not already. I'd love to be a fly on the wall of those chambers and hear what they've said.
