That was the first thing I thought of yesterday when the story broke.
What makes Nashville unique was the blaring speaker warning people to get the hell away long before the bomb went off. Very strange. The Oklahoma bomber didn't do that.

Oklahoma bombing was intended for maximum destruction and death (remember there was a daycare center there).
To me, the Nashville bombing looks more like a white hat operation. Prior warnings. No deaths (yet reported)
