Best guess is this was a terror attack targeting core infrastructure that was intercepted, possibly with Deep State targets being taken out in a firefight before a controlled detonation.

Maybe the gunshots were just sound effects recorded along with the warning message. Gunshots first to wake people up, and make them alert and then the annoucement to evacuate. The announcement to evacuate emanated from the RV, correct?
