So the white hats took down the hub so that the Deep State can no longer monitor the comms. There would still need to be other warrants/surveillance to track the bad guys who are rigging the election though.
I think that photo of Comey where he lies down on the beach is a message to the election "stealers". The hat he's wearing looks like a Pittsburg Steelers beanie. He was clearly warning them. That photo was posted around 5 AM on Xmas morning. The blast in Nashville was after 6 AM.

It was done on the least populated date and time to avoid casualties. Black hats would have made sure people died.
