The first one perhaps. The story tries to connect it to terrorism but it's in a way that suggests they're talking out their ass for a story.
The second one was a collision with another vehicle. That happens a lot because people don't pay attention to crossings and it's not news.

Beyond coincidence. My money is on Antifa. Maybe they are sensing Biden is not as sure a thing as they first thought.
How do these acts hurt Biden?
Not that it hurts Biden, but the Antifa types have been on hold. Just suggesting that if they are sensing Trump isn't going anywhere they may be ramping up their stupidity.
