The bomb site is the 100 block of N 2nd street. The AT&T building is 333 Commerce. 2 blocks away.
It was an underground explosions, those cement squares on the sidewalk are blow up and out. A car bomb did not do that.
Do you have a picture of the damage you're mentioning?
I've see 2 videos that look to be the RV popping off, but I'm doubtful of that story.
