Finally a decent post! So apparently, there was a pretty serious fire fight early on. We gotta have a driver somewhere but my gut feeling is that the announcer voice is a recording. Also, the AT&T building is a block up and a block over a highly protected by other buildings between it and the blast zone. Just sayin.
Finally a decent post! So apparently, there was a pretty serious fire fight early on. [Betsy Williams, the owner of the Melting Pot building across the street, told The Tennessean that guests reported the RV was stationed there since Thursday night.
Williams, who lives in a loft apartment on the third floor, said she heard the sound of loud, rapid-fire gunshots at about 4:30 a.m.

The target was the trunk lines. The tunnels. In one of the vids I posted there is something that goes up before the blast. Also another video says the AT&T store. So it is confusing a bit. But the fact is, you're on point. That was a recording. And someone accessed the tunnels after a fire fight it seems. Still early in the game. Good digging!
